Meet the Masterminds
Russ Scheider
Russ Scheider has been flipping houses part-time for 20 years and full-time for the past 7 years. He uses fix-and-flip, wholesale, and BRRR strategies. On his own, and with various partners, Russ has flipped over 100 houses in Charleston, 10 in Columbia, SC and several in smaller markets such as Sumter and Florence. Former residential designer and remodeling / construction consultant for people like Gregg Allman of the Allman Brothers Band, celebrity chef Paula Deen, Braves Pitcher John Schmoltz and many others. Russ left the J.O.B. in 2014 to live the 4-hour work week. Russ added a real estate license to his tool belt in 2019 and serves primarily as a listing agent for other investors. Russ is part of the coaching team at www.clearvisionmastermind.com and has had the privilege of coaching multiple students and partners to RE investment success. His strengths include networking, automation, renovation knowledge and many years of professional sales training. Dusty Keefe
Dusty Keefe dropped out of college midway through his senior year after flipping a house with a partner and banking $70,000. He just didn't see the point of staying in school when we could flip houses, make this kind of money, and have fun doing it! 15 years later, Dusty is still at it — flipping houses, using creative strategies to like owner financing and "subject-to" purchases to acquire dozens of income properties per year. Dusty is a master real estate problem solver, and definitely knows how to have a good time. You may find Dusty on a sailboat, fishing the Caribbean, or hiking to Machu Picchu.
